FLINTTECH Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 31, 2026

This policy explains how FLINTTECH (Anoka, Minnesota) collects and uses information through flinttech-store.pages.dev, our services, and the API at flinttech-x402.onrender.com.

What we collect

How we use it

To deliver and support the services, process payments, send service and transactional messages, prevent fraud and abuse, keep records required by law, and improve our services. We do not sell personal information.

Text messaging

Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Messages are delivered through Twilio as our service provider.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business (such as Stripe, Twilio, Google, Cloudflare, Render, Coinbase), when required by law, or to protect our rights. For FLINTreply, our business client controls their callers' data and we process it on their behalf.

Public data

Permit and contractor data in our API comes from public City of Minneapolis records. We exclude homeowner names. To request a correction, contact the City as the source and email us.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law (for example tax records), then delete it. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing f1intt3ch@gmail.com. Minnesota residents may have additional rights under the Minnesota Consumer Data Privacy Act where it applies.

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13.
