FLINTTECH Terms of Service

Last updated: October 31, 2026

These Terms govern purchases and use of products and services from FLINTTECH, a business operated by Bradley Dickover in Anoka, Minnesota ("FLINTTECH," "we," "us"). This includes the store at flinttech-store.pages.dev, FLINTbuild, FLINTreply, FLINTmaps, Metro Permit Leads, and the paid API at flinttech-x402.onrender.com (the "Services"). By buying or using the Services you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide fixed-scope digital services: website and AI builds (FLINTbuild), missed-call text-back setup and support (FLINTreply), Google Business Profile work (FLINTmaps), permit lead reports (Metro Permit Leads), and pay-per-call data and website-scan API endpoints. The scope, price, and deliverables for each are described on its product page or in a written quote. If a quote and these Terms conflict, the quote controls for that order.

2. Payment

Prices are in US dollars. Card payments are processed by Stripe. API calls are paid per request in USDC on the Base network through the x402 protocol. Subscriptions renew monthly or yearly until canceled. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge the payment method you provide. Crypto payments are final once confirmed onchain.

3. Cancellations and refunds

See the FLINTTECH Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.

4. Your responsibilities

You confirm that you have the right to give us access to any accounts, websites, phone numbers, and content you provide. You are responsible for your own business decisions, your compliance with laws that apply to your business, and the accuracy of information you give us.

5. FLINTreply text messaging

FLINTreply sends automated text messages from your business phone number to people who called you. You are the sender of those messages. You agree to: (a) use FLINTreply only to reply to people who contacted your business, not for unsolicited marketing; (b) keep STOP and HELP handling active and honor opt-outs; (c) complete any carrier registration (such as A2P 10DLC) required for your number; and (d) comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, CTIA guidelines, and carrier rules. You will cover any fines, claims, or carrier penalties caused by messages you choose to send or content you choose to add.

6. Data products and API

Permit data comes from public City of Minneapolis open data. The City states that its data is provided for informational purposes only and without warranty of accuracy or completeness. We pass it through as received, may filter or summarize it, and leave out homeowner names. Contractor lookups summarize city permit records only and do NOT verify state licensing, insurance, or bonding; check the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry before hiring anyone. Website audits scan only public pages at the URL you submit, give an automated score, and are not a security penetration test. You must not use the API to scan sites you are not allowed to test, to harass anyone, or to violate any law, including anti-spam and privacy laws. We may rate limit or block abusive use.

7. No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee rankings, leads, calls, sales, revenue, or any particular business outcome. Results depend on your business, market, and factors outside our control.

8. Intellectual property

After full payment, you own the custom deliverables we make specifically for you, except for our pre-existing tools, templates, code libraries, and know-how, which we keep and license to you for use in your business. Third-party software and services remain subject to their own terms. We may list you as a client unless you tell us not to.

9. Third-party services

The Services rely on providers such as Stripe, Twilio, Google, Cloudflare, Render, Coinbase, and the Base network. We are not responsible for their outages, policy changes, fees, or decisions (for example, a carrier blocking messages or Google suspending a profile).

10. Disclaimer of warranties

Except as expressly stated in a written quote, the Services and all data are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FLINTTECH will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific Service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the claim (for API use, the fees paid for the calls at issue).

12. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify FLINTTECH against third-party claims arising from your content, your messages, your use of data or API results, or your violation of these Terms or the law.

13. Termination

We may suspend or end Services for nonpayment, abuse, or violation of these Terms. You may cancel as described in the Refund Policy. Sections 6 and 8 through 15 survive termination.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Minnesota law. Before filing any claim, both sides agree to try to resolve it informally by email for 30 days. Any claim will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Anoka County or Hennepin County, Minnesota, or in Minnesota conciliation court for qualifying claims.

15. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a new date. Changes do not apply to orders already paid. Questions: f1intt3ch@gmail.com.
